Only 300m from ski lift that gives you access to San Pellegrino-Alpe Lusia region. 10min walk from Falcade centre where you can access local storesrestaurants. Apartment had everything we needed for wonderful stay. It was very warm (there is thermostat inside so you can regulate temperature by yourself). Contact with host was very good. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucia’s place in Falcade. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, and see more

The location is excellent, peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, and perfect for exploring the Dolomites. Lucia is an exceptional host: very kind, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked until check-out. Her instructions were clear, and she made sure we felt welcome and at ease throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Falcade. Highly recommended!
