Located just 5 minutes from the centre of Arabba, Apartment Lucia is situated in a quiet area along the route of the famous Dolomites Marathon, nestled among the majestic Dolomite passes. Perfect for families or small groups, it is the ideal starting point for experiencing the mountains in every season.
Distributed over two levels, this cosy three-room apartment can accommodate up to four people. On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen and a bright living room with dining area, as well as a first functional bathroom. Going up to the upper floor, you access the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a second small room with bunk beds and a second bathroom with shower. The spaces are simple but well-kept, designed to offer comfort after an active day of hiking or skiing.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a peaceful stay. The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. Also available are the washing machine, hairdryer, TV and of course bed and bathroom linen. Wi-Fi connection is available.
